Interview
Very rigorous. They are very selective. I had to take several personality, intelligence, and technical aptitude tests just to get an interview. I was relocating from across the country, so first I had a phone interview with the Tech Support Manager, then a Skype interview the the team managers, then a final Skype interview with the Vice President of Client Success. Along the way I took various additional tests. While it was difficult, it really made me feel like they were taking the process seriously and I would only be working with the best - which has proved to be the case.

Bigcommerce is VERY serious about taking care of their clients, so while it wasn't unexpected, I was very nervous in answering questions about difficult client scenarios.

Interview
Consisted of a field call, technical assessment, build a store project, and onsite interview. The process was streamlined and stress-free for the most part. The onsite interviewers only asked behavioral and CV questions. My recruiter called me the same night of the onsite interview with an offer for the position.

After they had approved of each step, they would send you the next step. They are looking for people who both have a base knowledge of the industry and the ability to find answers to questions that they don't know.
