Big Group interview questions

I did 3 "trial days" working for the company, 2 of the days were working on actual clients social media. I thought these were just tests to see what I could make, but they actually used my work for their clients! I received no payment for any of the work I did for them and still didn't get the job +even though my work was used for one of their clients!) as someone had more was better (I'm sure they were great, but I believe they left less than a year after). This was also at the start of lockdown one, so god knows how many people they exploited to get free work from in this time. Terrible company with a disgusting work ethic benefiting from people in hard times. The people I spoke to like the creative directors seemed really genuine and nice, but they are the people peddling this horrible exploitation. Avoid working here at all costs!

Applied online. Got a first interview within two weeks. The interviewers were friendly, as expected I showed my portfolio focusing on digital work. In the end, I was told to expect a call for a second interview but that didn't happen. I followed up with the email a week later and the position was already taken. I'd advice the interviewers to not give false hope to the candidates if they are not a 100% sure they will indeed be called back.
