Three 30-60 minute video interviews (recruiter, practice manager, and CEO) over the course of 3-4 weeks. Very low stress, everyone was personable and I felt at ease right away. Offer came within 1-2 weeks of final interview.

I discovered Big Compass at first online and then went to meet them at a college career fair.
1 - A 30 minute on campus in person interview with a high level employee
2 - An hour long technical test through a video conference
3 - An hour long video conference with a high level employee
Overall an excellent interview experience that got me enthusiastic about working for them with about a week or so in between each of the interviews,
