The interview process was so refreshing compared to what you see in the job market these days. It was straightforward and didn’t make you jump through a bunch of hoops like multiple and endless rounds of interviews, rewriting out all of your job experience although it’s on your resume, video submissions etc. and the best part is that you get an answer and a callback. The hiring director and HR staff really made a great impression fire the company further solidifying my want to work under their company culture. Within my second contact, I was asked to come in for a tour and sign on to get hired. I chose my start date.
