The interview process is fairly simple. I had 3 interviews in total, with 2 on the same day back-to-back. The technical interview was mostly just basic C++ foundation and pattern/design questions. An incredibly low-ball offer was made for the amount of experience I could have brought to the team. I tried negotiating, but they were not interested in budging. I applied for a senior programmer role, but was offered a mid-level role instead, even though I had nearly double the years of experience they asked for. So I declined. Beware that the offers they make will include super, so it seems like a good offer, but in reality, it's roughly 10 to 15% lower after tax and super are taken into account.
