Interview
Multiple rounds of interviews, they said nothing for several weeks in between each round. I spent two months in total interviewing with this company and provided 3 references, which I confirmed that they did reach out to, but they then proceeded to ghost me without any further explanation. Incredibly disorganized and unprofessional behavior. Seems to be a lot of internal turmoil right now. Would not recommend joining them in 2025.

Wanted to understand my interest in the industry as a primary motivation for hiring someone.
One video call with senior leadership to discuss the available position and candidate background and qualifications. Was advised that their follow up would be within one week. Never contacted, no company follow-up, basically ghosted by senior leadership. VERY unprofessional!
