1. I visited the firm's website. 2. I sent my resume to the email of their HR or recruitment team. 3. I checked online resources like Glassdoor. 4. I also explored legal associations they may be part of. 5. After one week, HR emailed me to inform me of my interview.

Unprofessional and disorganized experience. The owner arrived late with messy hair, looking as if he had just rolled out of bed. He didn’t ask any meaningful questions and seemed completely lost throughout the process. He didn't love my resume and simply discarded me without having a conversation and/or asking about my experience and goals.
Overall, it was a very awkward and disappointing interview.
