Bhava Communications interview questions

I had a total of 4 interviews with Bhava before receiving an offer. My whole interview process was in the month of April 2021 so everything was entirely virtual. Communication between Amber, Managing Principal, who led me throughout the process was incredible. She let me know how I can best prepare, gave me a rundown of how the interview would work and was very quick to answer all of my questions via email. Each of my interviews lasted for about half an hour and I met a lot of the team throughout the process. The best part about my interviews was that I felt like I was being heard and the team was really listening to my experiences and answers. The interviews were in NO WAY one-sided. I was given a lot of time to talk, ask questions and just have great conversation with my interviewers who are now my team members! Having my final interview with CEO and Founder Liz was also a really cool experience and I appreciated her taking time out of her wild day to meet me and allow me to ask questions. Overall fantastic interview experience with Bhava!

Such a pleasant interview process! The hiring team was timely in their responses, follow up, and feedback. Within the first few rounds, I was able to meet and hear from some members of executive-level management as well as many members of the Bhava team. Everyone was so friendly and transparent throughout the whole process and made me feel comfortable.
