The recruiter was very professional, and we went through offline and online screening phases. However, it started to go downhill once we arranged for a second round f2f interview with a member from the China team.
First red flag: Interview has to be fully conducted in Mandarin. While my Mandarin isn't the worst, and fluent enough to have a decent conversation, there's still a big gap when it comes to describing day-to-day work.
Second red flag: The interviewer had to run off 10 mins into the interview, and promised of arranging another interview the following day at a said timing. The interviewer failed to turn up on the following day as well.
