The entire process spanned 4 separate interviews with all leadership team members at BeyondCurious.
Phone Screen: (30 Minutes)
Great kickstart to the interview process. Interviewer was timely and asked engaging questions about my background, project experience, and aspirations for the future. I was allowed ample time to discuss my approach to project management and how I thought I could be helpful to the growth of the company. Getting to speak to one of the leaders at the company during a screen was a huge positive that gave me confidence that I would be valued in my new role.
Culture Fit Interview: (1 Hour)
About a week later, I was invited to the office to meet with 3 team members for the culture fit interview. I was asked questions about what drives me, my passion for technology, consulting, and project management. This interview was an opportunity for me to ask questions about BeyondCurious, the culture, the people, etc. Overall, the interview was casual and was asked a couple fun questions throughout. (Favorite boy band, song, etc)
Case Study: (2 Hours)
About a week later, I was invited in for my skills interview. I was given one hour, a case study sheet, and the entire room full of writeable walls and stickies to prepare my approach and plan to solve for the case study. I spent the 2nd hour reviewing and discussing my plan with 2 leaders from the company.
CEO Interview: (1 Hour)
Shortly after, I was invited back to speak with the CEO for a 1 hour interview. This interview consisted of thoughtful questions about my background and why I am the person that I have become and how I see my future unfolding at BeyondCurious. She helped me understand the mission of BC and what drives everyone who works here. This was my opportunity to ask questions about the culture at BC and understand what has driven BC's CEO to build such an awesome company.
Overall, the entire process was very professional, yet clearly represented the culture at BeyondCurious. I was extremely excited for my offer and accepted immediately.
