It started off with a telephone interview with HR, went smoothly - HR has a great sense of understanding the field and what the design team is looking for.
Moved onto the second stage where I had to answer a few questions based off my experience and then finally moved onto having a 1 to 1 interview with the creative director.
Interview with the creative director went great, he understood my level and my current projects. The director was a calm individual who turned the interview into a conversation.
