I applied at Overstock.com through a school career fair. I spoke with an actual employee sent from Overstock. Around 2 weeks or so latter I received another call at which time they conducted a phone interview asking basic questions about my resume and past experience. They notified me the next day about coming in for another interview. That interview was with a 2-3 group panel and also included more questions about my past experience and a page of "riddle" like questions that were asked to determine how I think. After that I heard back around a week later that things had gone well and I had one more interview with someone in upper management. I received an offer a few days later.
