Despite a necessity of relocation, company offered an 8K signing bonus which was subject to income tax (meaning about $5k after tax) for a 2300 mile relocation that would cost approximately 25k. Company refused to pay out of pocket expenses (meals, airport parking) post onsite interview. Ridiculously unprofessional for an executive interview process.
