This was the weirdest phone screening I have ever had. Clearly they have no HR to speak of; the president of the company interviewed me and did not conduct what I would consider a professional interview. He was 15 minutes late calling me and then spent 5 minutes on the call trying to find my resume and cover letter. It didn't seem like he had even read my resume from the questions he asked me. He read my education history from my resume and asked me, "What's that about!?" He asked me where I saw myself in five years and then was kind of snarky about my career goals, giving me unsolicited advice. His tone throughout the interview was condescending and aggressive. Needless to say I had no inclination to follow-up with my work samples after the fact.
