I got invited for an interview and had to schedule with a coach to interview with. At the time they were hiring a lot so I had to wait a few weeks to get a slot on the calendar.

Long pre onboarding process. Had to watch a series of videos that take approximately 5 hours, then had do a mock virtual coaching session with another coach in the company. Once approved, there was a final onboarding with more videos.

I had a great impression from the onboarding conversation. You can sign up for this via zoom. However, I started getting duplicate emails for more than one position that were very confusing. There is an assessment. I passed but was concerned because I’m assuming there may have been relevant info about the company approach in a video I missed.

I may still get an offer for care coach, but I was declined for the business coach.
The assessment asks a couple of questions that were a little tricky that involved how to handle company vs client priorities and how to deal with boundaries around therapy issues that come up in coaching.
