While I will admit that the interview process with BetterUp process was long, I think that was a good thing. I think that it was challenging enough that it really gave BetterUp the chance to vet me and get to know who I am. I also felt like the interview allowed me to show my true self and also really get to know the company before I decided wether or not to accept an offer.
