I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BetterUp
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me while I was on vacation. I was not looking for a job and never heard of BetterUp,. I was not interested, but we persisted, telling me details about what the company does and the unique way to use tech and behavioral science to solve a human problem. After several rounds of chatting, I was curious to find out more. Recruiter sent me tons of info on the company, and somehow I found myself reading more and more about their values and mission. I got interested and the rest is history. Two months later, I am a BetterUpper.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at BetterUp (Sarasota, FL) in Aug 2022
Interview
Met with internal recruiter for a brief screener call, then met with the hiring manager. Once I passed the manager screen I was asked to do a take home assignment. I submitted it and waited for nearly 2 weeks for an update from recruiting. I was finally asked to schedule my remaining 4 interviews which ranged from behavioral to technical.
