Interview
I had an initial phone interview, which lasted about twenty minutes. I was then given a skills assessment, and a few days later I had a two-hour interview with four different people at the company office, which was both interesting and, dare I say, fun.
Everyone that I met with was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always quick to return an email or answer/return a phone call. The interview process at BetterCloud was not easy, but they did everything they could to accommodate me.

Interview process was very smooth. Everyone was very nice and quick to respond. First step was call with Talent Acquisition, then a technical exercise, video interview with VP of Technical Support and Product Manager, and four Technical Support Specialists'

Pam & Chris were the people whom I interacted with. They were very pleasant, helpful and informative. Pam especially had a very welcoming, warm tone that made one feel comfortable in the interview process.

They sent me a digital assignment where I had to work with, and configure, their software. It also involved me purchasing a domain and signing up for a trial of Google Suite to connect w/ their software.
