Great first impression via the HR person, than the technical interview is an absolute nightmare. The tasks are too long, despite being compensated for one. The interviewers are not cooperative and arrogant, etc, etc.

Interview
Everything as others have described, on top of that, for the CTO interview, it's good to repeat composing SQL by hand, and int/long numbers math operations and possible exceptions. Also, unix commands for the most common file related operations.
Very focused on security. if you do not know security, inside and out, you stand no chance. You will need to explain in great detail how to stop attacks on your site.
