Far too many rounds of one-on-one interviews for someone currently working, with many of the staffers overly focused (unprovoked) on dispelling concerns about the atmosphere. Everyone had an air of superiority. This gave off a strange, uncomfortable vibe.

Interview
Expect to go through at least four lengthy interviews with 25% of the staff, detailed background check with all of your references, receive an offer because you are eminently qualified, then be fired within a month because you don’t have the skills you told them you don’t have.
