Simple, we were pressed on our ability to communicate and push to sell as hard as possible. I rely most people would make it through the interview process but would fail in the first couple of weeks working in the job if they couldn't hack it.

Interview
A really short interview with a general manager. Basic interview questions. The manager explained that the job had very little to do with designing and more focused on the sale. Insistent that you need a car (you do) and need an iPad because they has an iOS only app. Was sent away for 2 week training in Manchester.
