ONLINE round
Absolute shid if u answer all the technical questions and Able to write the code. Congratulations U are rejected. They made a hell, like most of the students solved the coding questions and also answered tech questions they got rejected.
They assigned each person a different interviewer, they were the employees from Bangalore. And each interviewer had different expertise. And would ask any how questions shid....
Still our students didn't understand their criteria of selecting for next round.
R4: Managerial round
Same shid different round that's it.
R5: Hr round
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Betsol (Bangalore Rural)
Interview
Challenging interview. Was asked a variety of fun questions. Most questions were backend based. The round also had some problem solving questions which were average difficulty. All in all, a fun and challenging interview.
It had an online test in the beginning continued by a group discussion on the same day. The next day they had technical round 1 and 2 and continued by managerial round.
