Bethel Farms interview questions

Slow unprepared for candidate questions. Seems as if they are interviewing only for formality and position is already filled or they already have a selected candidate perhaps internally or otherwise. Interview was very quick. Didn't last 3 minutes. Strangest interview I've ever had where i was the one asking the questions instead of the other way around
