I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bestow (Austin, TX) in Apr 2020
Interview
Several interviews, technical and behavioral. Pretty good process. Everyone I spoke with, about 7 different people, were super nice. I needed to interview fast because I had another offer and my timeline was super compressed. Talent Lead went above and beyond to make it all happen.

Question 1
All questions were what one could expect at tech interview. Starting with a few minutes introduction and then coding/whiteboard with screen sharing.

Interview
I applied too Bestow back in January of 2021. The interview process, overall, took around 3 weeks from the first phone call with a recruiter to an offer being sent.
I found Bestow through LinkedIn job posting and applied through their site, and was then contacted by a recruiter.
The interview process started with a phone screen where they asked basic questions to see if I was a good fit, and some basic technical questions, such as tech stacks I am familiar with, things I am interested in, etc.
After that I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone, where we talked more technical, and they described the role. Next up was an online technical assignment meant to replicate a real-world problem. This was taken on a tool called WOVEN. After that was the "on-site" interview but due to COVID was held over Zoom. This was about 5 hours of back to back interviews ranging from white boarding to coding, to speaking with different managers across various teams. After this was the final interview with the CTO.
Overall the process was intense, but not too difficult i objective, just lots of steps.
