Interview
the first interview took place with the assistant store manager. once he gave the " I think you'd be great here" speech he then has you wait in the hall to be called for another interview with the general manager who then gives the final ok. upon your recruitment they then tell you, you have no more than 1-2 days to go to the designated urinalysis place to take a mandatory urine drug test. it takes generally 1-2 days to get the results back to the store they then will call you with further details about orientation, uniform requirements, dates and times.
A one on one with the manager. The go over your communication skills, your ability to keep a conversation going with someone while hitting key talking points. Verify general friendliness and demeanour.

The process for the interview was fairly generic. The first step was the phone interview, then in person interview. Phone interview was basically just setting up a time for an in person interview, basic questions. In person interview was more behavioural questions.

i only had one interview luckly i called the day before the interveiw to confirm my interview time because they had me schedualed 30 min before than what they had originally schdedualed me for! my cousin also had this issue with bestbuy. Allways be Prompted there was only one interview.
