Interview
Had to come back a few times and speak to a few people. The Owner did most of the talking about what he was looking for, Then had to meet with his Regional Manager. Again, they did most of the talking.

Give some difficult guest situations you have been in and how did you resolve?
Short, usual questions for hotel interviews. Probably took 30 minutes had to call back after. Got the job. Lots of paper work after that. Took 2 weeks to get the job. Comfortable environment while there.

had to dress to impress. had a sit down interview with owners. showed enthuasim. demonstrated strong skills in payroll, accounting, and scheduling. i also did all the hiring and firing. lead interviews and did conference calls and meetings.
