Submitted resume, got called for an interview, went in and got hired on the spot. Went in for one day of training and watched a safety video and started that week.

Group interview setting with regular interview questions and a skills test. They were very interested in making sure you are observant and have strong attention to detail. Part of the skills test involved being able to remember what the outside of the building looked like without knowing it was relevant. They had a few other questions like that as well.
