Couldn't even find my application and didn't know that there was an interview that day. I was literally contacted a few days prior to my interview. I'm guessing it was because the manager who contacted me wasn't there, but they could have still been more organized and at least been notified of an interview that day. I had to fill out a new application since they couldn't find mine after 5 mins or longer of them looking for the original. I actually almost walked out because prior to this, I kept calling them before to set up an interview and couldn't get a hold of anyone. Then seeing this just annoyed me and it seemed like they were unorganized and possibly a bit unprofessional. I had to be given a new application and barely got to finish the new application because I was rushed into the interview right away. The one manager seriously asked me 3 times how I found out about them. I had to tell him 3 times I applied to them through Snag a job which he couldn't pronounce right or would call it something totally different. I also had previous handler experience and had heard of their business before. Seemed desperate to get people hired. One of the red flags was they said they weren't looking to hire again in 3 to 6 months so I instantly knew that they had a lot of turn over and once I got the job I could see why. I had been contacted a day or 2 after my interview and told them I would take the job (even though I had bad vibes about this place) I only lasted a day lol. It was a joke.
