The interview process was honestly very easy. I was hired on the spot. I originally applying as a bartended but didn’t have bartender experience. Honestly, don’t let them talk you into barbacking. If you can finesse your way into being a bartender, do it. I was told that being new to bartending I could barback and have no expectations. That it would be smoother this way. If you’re going to work behind the bar be a bartender. My experience would’ve been a lot different had I done that and so would my paychecks.
