Quick interview, asked many questions on customer service scenarios and ways to navigate client tensions and make effective sales. Mainly was looking to gauge your ability to approach customers and seal a deal.

Question 1
If you had a scenario where a client was asking you to help them with finding a product, but you also had your manager ask you to move an item into another customer's car, what would you do?

Two interviews questions were standard interview questions. I would do it again the process was about what you should expect but management staff was also agreeable to answering questions. Benefits were explained in a way that made sense and salary negotiation was fair.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Best Buy (Richmond Hill, ON)
Interview
There were two interviews, the first one was with one manager via Zoom and the second was in person with one supervisor and a store manager. The first interview consists of very basic questions, such as "Why do you want to work at Best Buy", and "What is your availability?"

How do you manage a situation when you believe you cannot finish the task before the deadline?
It was open, honest, and not too long of a process. It's appreciated if you are enthusiastic about working in a team environment, and about growth with the company as a whole.
