Online application, received call rather quickly for a phone interview. Phone interviewer was 5 minutes late, and interview lasted 10 minutes, not a clue where I blew it, but knew it wasn't good when she didn't even ask if I had questions. I think I got her on a bad day, 2 basic questions, I was shot down? Was told I'd hear within a week, 2 weeks later I got an email thanking me and telling me they went with other candidates? Didn't even possibly have a fair shot at it, especially when I invested quite a bit of time in my research, letter follow up, etc. and I have a lot of experience as well........I personally hate phone interviews, they are awkward, especially when you hear them typing what you say? In person is much more personable and you can show your talents better. Shallow interview.

Smooth and energetic interview with a tenured BestBuy talent acquisition rep. Very open and honest throughout. Enjoyable experience overall. Engaging, while also setting realistic expectations for role applying to. Made you feel like you wanted to work for BestBuy.

I had a phone screening first then an interview in store. The general manager of the store made final decision. There was also a district manager on the phone during the interview. It was a performance based interview.
