Interview process was very simple. Mostly just asking why I would like to work at Best Buy and how do I think they compare to other retail stores. I actually got both my 2nd and 3rd interview in one sitting and was offered employment. As long as you have common sense and can speak in a professional manner, you will have no issues.

If a customer or employee is caught stealing, what would you do?
The In person interview was with supervisors and managers present. The interview was a Short process, and I found out result of the interview on site on that same day.
Pretty easy interview. There should be two interviews. One with the department manager and then one with the general manager in the upcoming days. I received the offer from over the phone.

Describe a time you had to make a difficult decision at work
3 interviews. all easy. first one with direct supervisor, second one with assistant manager, third one with the general manager. all interviews were no more than 30 minutes. Dressed casual, recieved an offer on the same day as the last interview. Started working within 1 or 2 weeeks
