I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Best Buy (Watertown, NY) in Sept 2009
Interview
They are pretty quick to call once you apply online and set-up an interview. They are one on one interviews with the Customer Service Manager then the General Manager. Not too incredibly long, pretty easy process. They ask just about the same questions as other companys when it comes to handling many things at one time, dealing with difficult customers or tasks, and how well you handle things on a time crunch and a lot of pressure.
Pros:
The coworkers were definitely the highlight of the job. The team was supportive, friendly, and genuinely good to work with on a daily basis.
Cons:
There is not a lot of room for growth or upward mobility. If you are looking to advance your career or climb the ladder quickly, it is hard to find those opportunities here.

The interview process consisted of three stages. First, a brief phone interview to verify resume details. Then, an interview with the Team Leader covering work experience and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Finally, a conversation with the Store Leader focused on conflict resolution within a team. Overall, the process was friendly and a great experience!
