Took a couple of weeks to complete the interview process, with 3 levels of interviews: in-house recruiter, then Director, then team members. Very casual and easy process. Not much else to say beyond that.

Question 1
The Director just asked me if I had any questions for her. She let me lead by asking everything I wanted to know.
Avoid this company at all costs, I went through a lot of time and effort over the course of 4 weeks for this role. At the end I was told they’d love to offer me a job but that owing to management changes it was no longer available.

Asked good technical and competency questions expected in an interview for senior SWE.
Despite the shambles that the company seems to be, the interviewer and people were all lovely and switched on.
The interview process was super easy. They asked typical questions regarding to the role. They were also very transparent about the position. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and they responded to me very fast after the interview
