Bespoke Careers interview questions

A few emails back and forth. Followed by about 3 phone calls with 2 different people, I think one of them was the owner. It seems they had to go out of town at one point so I spoke to their staff member as a pre-screening.

Very thorough and actually enjoyable. 1st round - Had a quick phone chat, very relaxed 2nd round - Had a face to face meeting with the MD 1 other member of the team 3rd round - Met the team for a drink to get a feel of the social side of the business
