Sat at table talked to manager. Told them why I wanted the job told them my experience. They asked when I could start, they seemed desperate for servers. So far it has been a good experience.
Bertucci’s interview was quick, asked my experience and availability. Asked my experience with POS and register. Read resume. Sat with general manager and it was about 10 minutes long. Manager was nice and friendly.

Interviewed in the bar area with the General Manager. Questions pertained to previous restaurant experience, relevant problem solving on the job, and availability. Process took around ten to fifteen minutes.
