Internal recruiter contacted via LI and asked to schedule an MS Teams meeting. This was 2-months ago. So just around Xmas I had the discussion and he goes oh we close for the holidays even though this is an Indian company which is weird. Anyway between the time I spoke with their recruiter and my meting with their 2-sales managers took 2-months. Completely unprofessional and they ghost you when you try to get answers.
I wanted to give an update. They had asked me to undertake an exercise putting together a PPT pitching their product to a potential prospect and next steps. In addition to that they asked to tape the exercise, like this is a hollywood audition or something and send it to them. Now Caveat Emptor to whomever is reading this. Make sure you WATERMARK your work since there seems to be a practice out there where these companies may steal your ideas and methods. I put in time to make this happen!
That was early February that was done and when I asked their recruiter for an update the guy gave me the ridiculous line team is "traveling." Ah news flash it's 2026 the internet has been here for decades you cannot use an excuse from the 1990s!
Needless to say this company's specialty when it comes to dealing with candidates is ghosting. Extremely unprofessional and from what I read about them in India apparently nepotism runs rampant there! AVOID interviewing here!!

Interview
Sent in my CV for the Sales Director role and got a response from some Sr. Manager from the TA team. Had me fill out a quick questionnaire and then wanted to schedule a screening call. Ghosted after that. No follow-up correspondence from Beroe after post-email outreach looking for a status update and call screen scheduling. Unprofessional organization and complete waste of time. Imagine how they treat their customers if this is how they treat a potential employee?
