There was a screener interview, held over Zoom first, and then a full callback interview with 5-6 lawyers at the firm's office. It was a roundtable type of callback, with each attorney asking their own questions, and felt like a conversation.

Attorney’s handling the interview process are very matter of fact in their questioning. All questions were direct and related to substantive law as opposed to typical interview questioning. Very cold interview.
