Very professional. I applied through a site and they contacted me 3 days later through phone.
Phone interview was very easy, just a "describe yourself" kind of interview.
I passed and then asked to meet one of their representatives for an interview. First you get an mcq exam and an interview which was pretty easy and you may or may not be asked for a demo lesson. They we're amazing, nothing to be stressed about.

they take anybody. So no difficult in interview. Basically you submit your resume. Then they take you. Even their most important projects. But youd better like the job otherwise it wont keep you too long.
