Met with HR over the phone to schedule onsite interview.
Met with 4 people - Hiring manager, 2 peers in same role, and a manager from another group that the work impacts. Met with each person for 30 minutes. One of the peers provided a tour of the facility to see the technology. Questions about my background, accomplishments, lessons learned and what I enjoy outside of work.

Interview
3 stage interview. Wasn’t a great experience at all, the interviewers were super impersonal and struggled to answer simple questions surrounding company culture. Each interview slot was 30 minutes and questions were fired off which didn’t give you a great opportunity to detail your experience thoughtfully. My recommendation is to increase those timings to allow for more engaged conversation.
Additionally, after participating in the 3 stage interview process there was not even so much as a email to let me know I was not considered. Fortunately, I got an offer elsewhere but this just exemplified the lack of culture and respect for candidates.
