I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Berkeley Point Capital Holdings (Santa Monica, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
Referred by a friend (current employee) and was scheduled for in-person interview by corporate HR rep in Bethesda. Only ended up meeting with 2 of the 3 scheduled interviewers originally planned. Questions were very straight forward, we discussed my experience, work ethic, personality, passion for real estate, etc. I was asked to take an excel skills test after our meeting and happily agreed. Months have since passed and despite numerous attempts on my behalf to follow up with my interviewers or the HR rep I have received absolutely no feedback. I find this lack of response, even if just a "thanks but, not thanks" extremely unprofessional.

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Berkeley Point Capital Holdings (Horsham, PA) in Jun 2018
Interview
The interview process was very relaxed and managers seemed very nice.
HOWEVER-
I interviewed for thebposition on a Thursday, was called on Friday by the hiring manager and given a verbal offer. My salary, next steps regarding a background check and that I should be expecting an offer letter was all discussed. I heard nothing until the following Tuesday when I received "thank you for applying email.". Apparently they'd held other interviews after extending me a verbal offer, and selected another candidate. Thank God I hadn't given notice go my current job. Please beware that the company is unprofessional and shady.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Berkeley Point Capital Holdings (Santa Monica, CA) in Jul 2015
Interview
Fairly standard interview that lasted approximately one-and-a-half hours while meeting with three of the more senior people in the office individually. The interview focused on ability to perform the work and "fit" with the organization. The fact that I interviewed with very senior people for a significant amount of time signaled to me that they were taking the interview seriously.
