First, I submit my legal documents to the manager of the department so then I got an interview with the manager of the department and four current tutors. the interview was a panel type with a divers type of questions.

they asked me about multiculturalism, possible improvements, work experience, attitude towards students with disability, etc

(if you get selected) they may ask you to take a test to see if you are capable to be a tutor;
(if you pass the test)you will be asked for your working schedule and what maths that you are interested in teaching.
