Interview involved a screening, and an in person. The screening was pretty straightforward, slightly technical, and discussed quite a bit of prior experience.
In person involved meeting the entire team for a personality assessment. Following involved a more in depth technical screening. Questions were very typical for lead developer questions.
At the end of the process, Berkadia made an offer. However on the offer letter, the job title was "agile software developer" when I had interviewed for "lead node.js developer." Upon asking for clarification and to match the title on the job posting, they wouldn't match the better job title. They claimed I'd be getting paid and doing the same work as the posting, just with out the title. Needless to say, I declined.
