The interview process was fairly simple. My interview lasted around 25 minutes. The interview was about three to four questions. The interview questions are fairly simple and straightforward. It was similar to the application questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Berger Hirschberg Strategies (New York, NY) in Jun 2024
Interview
Being asked to attend an in person meeting with staff, where the questions were mainly focused on how I would conduct myself in specific scenarios (if I were to be asked to fundraise for a member of congress, where would I start looking for donors, etc.)
The interview is Very simple. One on one chat with the hiring manager about past experiences. It was Mostly behavioral questions but some about current politics. It is not a hard interview.
