Would not recommend applying, the application process is draining.
Applied online and was offered a telephone interview. Every week up to the interview, I received 2 emails telling me they declined my application but then they'd send a 3rd one saying that my application proceeded to the next stage. Then, they called at a non-scheduled time to do the interview.

Interview
30 minute phone interview. Half of the interview was behavioral and the other half was focused mostly on macroeconomic questions. The lady I interviewed with was calling from London and she was very polite. I won't know for another week or so if I get the next round.
