3 Interview rounds with different interviewers, from HR to regional director. All good atmosphere, good talk, more like a chat to understand each other than a challenging interview. They let introduce me and my portfolio of works.

Interview
Interviewed for Senior Architect role and got promoted into associate director. Senior Architect interview was done in two stages, first with Associate Directors who are more interested in the type of designer you are. Process was very engaging and they really show interest in understanding you as a designer. Second interview is with the overall team lead who is the senior associate director. This interview goes a little bit more in depth of all the skills that generally make an architect so that they are able to understand your strengths, weaknesses and potential as a whole. Sketching is an important part of the process here in this office. Overall great interview process

Interview
There are two key people were doing the interview, the Director and Senior Associate Director of the interior design Department. The atmosphere of the interview is very easy and comfortable. You could feel that they are very decent people, honest and open-minded. First impression is very good.
