Was contacted by "headhunter". Went under a serious of interviews by phone. They had face to face meetings with General Manager and Owner. I provided a business plan for the sales department. ASk several tough questions about management style. Spoke with some of the sales people in the office. Toured the geographical area with spouse and accepted position
