Interview
There was a phone call with HR, a technical coding interview, and an "on-site" with multiple interviews back to back. Everything was done remotely. The process was very efficient and they got back to me quickly after each step.

Question 1
Basic Python coding question done while calling with interviewer
I had an initial call with one of the technical interviewers. The call went really well. They then wanted me to take a very long coding test. At that time, I was also applying to other companies and had multiple interviews. Hence, I proceeded with other interviews. It is a good idea to get practice coding for their interview process. I currently use Kaggle, Hackerrank, and aceainow.com.

Interview
I was reached out by a UK based recruiter. She scheduled a phone interview first and never called. Then I emailed her about the same and she got back to me after 7 days and scheduled another interview. For the second time she cancelled interview 3- mints before it was scheduled. I emailed her back and she told me that she was busy at the time so she reschuled it for next week. It took me 21 days to talk to her and then we got a chance to talk. She dint tell much about role (she said she doesn't hv much information) and later that day she sent me a phone interview invite with hiring manager on Skype. Guy never showed up so I emailed her back and she got back to me after another 10 days and sent me a link for a take-home test.
I did not do the take home test as I was convinced at that point that people doesn't know professionalism in this company ((at least the people whom I spoke to )
