Had several rounds to nowhere. First, an assessment assignment, mock emails to customers. Then two more video rounds, answering questions, plus an on-video assignment during the interview, which was rather odd, which made the interview even longer. All of these processes are exhausting.

The interview process was steps but felt very open, straight forward, and run by kind people. There were multiple resources for my success throughout the process. I heard back at each step in a timely manner.

Writing assessment, then recruiter phone screening, hiring manager interview, and then final interview is an âinterview loopâ with 2-3 people. I interview with hiring manager, senior CX agent, and then CX director.
