Interviewed in front of a panel of 3 employees that worked there. Each person asked questions based on their supervisory role to the interviewee. Straight forward and very easy to converse with. Professionally done, but still authentic.

Asked about previous work experience. Asked to rate ourselves based on certain qualities on a scale 1-10, such as, organizational skills, productivity and ability to learn, etc.

Was with a panel of 3 employees. Typical STAR method questions and rating your skill/comfortability with soft skills on a scale 1-10. Things such as organization, prioritization, maybe excel, etc. Overall a straight forward interview.
